Annette Hater

Annette Hater is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise systems and strategic operations. Currently serving as the Vice President and Global Head of Enterprise Systems at Tapestry since December 2018, Annette oversees technology operations across supply chain, logistics, merchandising, planning, HR, and financial systems. Alongside this role, Annette also holds the positions of CEO and Founder at A LvL Up, focusing on business coaching and leadership development for SMBs and startups. Annette's previous experience includes a significant tenure at Kroger, where Annette was Vice President KPS and Director in the Office of the CIO, responsible for vendor management, strategic alignment, and the agile transformation of technology facilities, among other roles managing enterprise applications and systems across a vast retail network. Annette holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Thomas More University.
