Nicolette Lapalme

Nicolette LaPalme is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as a Senior Communications Associate at Tapestry since July 2021. Recognized with the 2024 Golden Thread Award for exemplary alignment with Tapestry's purpose and values, Nicolette oversees the corporate newsletter, intranet news content, and North America employee communications. Previously, as a Communications Associate, responsibilities included implementing engagement strategies for over 19,000 employees and collaborating with HR and corporate departments on communication plans. Nicolette’s career began at Tapestry as an HR Global Communications Intern, where coordination of internal video production and collaboration with external consultants took place. Earlier experience as a Content Creator at The Stardust Startup Factory focused on driving website traffic and crafting investor-focused newsletters. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College.
