Sonal Sharan

Sonal Sharan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Director at Tapestry since September 2019, Sonal manages e-commerce operations and oversees the order management system for renowned brands such as Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman. Previously, Sonal held the position of Omni Channel IT Manager at Tapestry, supporting various business units including e-commerce and retail. Prior to this, at Tata Consultancy Services from November 2005 to August 2019, Sonal worked as a Consultant for a leading US retailer, leading teams in IT QA performance management across multiple e-commerce platforms. Earlier experience includes a role as Software Specialist at Patni Computer Systems, where Sonal contributed to the successful transition of projects from Satyam to Patni for GE Consumer Finance. Sonal holds a Post Graduation in Computer Applications from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Patna University.
