Tom Schmitt

Tom Schmitt currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Tapestry, leading cybersecurity efforts for a prominent global brand house. Schmitt is also an active member of the Team8 CISO Village, facilitating collaboration among cybersecurity executives. Previous experience includes a senior global director role at AB InBev, overseeing all cybersecurity aspects and global network operations for the largest beverage company in the world. Schmitt has held various positions focused on cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and counterintelligence, including founding Rook6, LLC, and serving in the United States Air Force. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Master's of Applied Science in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Georgetown University, among other qualifications.
