Mark obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Healthcare Systems Management from Iona University, where they studied from 1982 to 1984. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, completing their studies from 1976 to 1979. During their high school years, Mark attended Columbus High School from 1971 to 1973. In addition to their education, Mark has earned the designation of Fellow from the American College of Healthcare Executives in March 2008.
