Erin Floyd serves as the Shared Services Manager at Talent Solutions TAPFIN, focusing on the management and execution of optimization and transformation projects to enhance organizational growth and efficiency. Prior experience includes roles at Bartech Group as Resource Manager and Talent Consultant for the CenturyLink Contractor Connect Program, as well as serving as Lead Talent Advisor and Talent Advisor for Kaiser Permanente's Contingent Talent Management Program. Prior to Bartech, Erin held a position as Technical Recruiter at Harvey Nash and worked at Catalyst Solutions in various capacities, including Solutions Delivery Executive and Coordinator.
