Juan Leal de Ibarra

Juan Leal de Ibarra currently serves as the Head of Payments Business Development at tapi, where the company aims to provide technological infrastructure enabling Latin American businesses to offer optimal payment experiences. Previous experience includes roles in business development and strategy at TAP, where responsibilities included product ownership in growth initiatives and core app functionalities. Juan co-founded Delixit, an e-commerce and logistics startup focused on fresh produce distribution, which successfully launched during the COVID-19 pandemic. Juan holds a degree in Administration and Information Systems from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
