Erin M.

Erin M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Erin started their career as an External Contributor at Ibiza Spotlight in 2014 and later worked as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Chase the Stage Events in 2015. Erin then joined NVS Promotions as part of the Media Management Support Team and also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Bournemouth University in 2015 and 2016. Erin then moved on to The fresh Group, where they served as an Account Executive from 2016 to 2017. During this time, they also took on the role of Site Office Administrator at the Bournemouth 7s Festival. Erin then worked as an Event Coordinator/Producer at the University of Manchester Students' Union from 2017 to 2018. Erin's experience also includes a brief stint as a Business Development Manager at American Express in 2018. Erin then joined the British Cheerleading Association as a Competition Assistant and later became their Marketing and Events Coordinator from 2018 to the present. Erin's most recent role is as an Account Manager and Chief Operating Officer at TapIn, where they are responsible for producing career content and running campaigns for various clients.

Erin M. completed their Masters of Enterprise degree at The University of Manchester from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they obtained a BA (Hons) in Event Management from Bournemouth University. In 2011, Erin attended City College Coventry, and from 2009 to 2011, they studied A Levels/AS Level at Heart of England Sixth Form. Their earliest education was at Tile Hill Wood School and Language College from 2007 to 2009.

Erin also has additional certifications, including PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner and PRINCE2 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in February 2021. Erin also attained the IOSH Managing Safely certification from PJH Safety Training Ltd and the Level 3 First Aid at Work from The Skills Company, both in August 2017. In April 2015, they obtained the Innovation for Entrepreneurs: From Idea to Marketplace certification from the University of Maryland. Additionally, Erin holds a Level 2 Award for working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry, earned through Highfield (specific details regarding the month and year of completion are not provided).
