Michael Pham

Michael Pham is a Senior Product Manager at Tapin2 since June 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Enplug Digital Signage Software from May 2017 to June 2021 as a Product Manager and Technical Support Manager, where Michael successfully led team events, managed budgets, and created a chat support system using Zendesk. With previous experience as a Field Service Technician, Director of Video Production, and System Analyst, Michael brings a diverse skill set and a strong background in customer support and technical leadership to their current role. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University.
