Askar Bilyal

Askar Bilyal is a seasoned technical professional with a strong background in information technology. Askar has served as Technical Lead at ONE Technologies since August 2021, following a previous role as Team Leader at Prime Source from November 2017 to July 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Developer at Bank RBK for a brief period in 2017 and a longer tenure at Bank CenterCredit from January 2011 to July 2017, also as a Senior Developer. Askar holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications, which was attained between 2006 and 2010, and additional education in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague from 2005 to 2006.
