So-Young Kang

So-Young Kang is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in transformation design, learning solutions, and strategic advisory roles. As the Founder and CEO of Gnowbe, a cutting-edge mobile microlearning platform, and the Founder and Chairman of Awaken Group, a transformation design firm, So-Young has dedicated efforts to catalyze change and improve performance through innovative learning methods. Additional roles include serving as an Expert Advisor for AI and Faith, a Strategic Advisor for tapouts, and being designated a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. As a co-founder of The Young Professionals' Group, So-Young actively supports educational opportunities for young adults. So-Young holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
