Magn Jern has had a long and successful career in the technology industry. Magnus began working in 2000 as Co-founder of Hardvarubolaget (Blokks), where they developed and marketed products for broadband services used in the home. In 2001, they became a Business Development Consultant for Labs2, playing a key role in the company and being responsible for marketing material, pre-sales and strategic consulting towards the telecom industry. In 2002, they began working as a Senior Business Development Manager for Orange, responsible for launching MMS, the orange World Service Platform (Portal) and planning of the Orange Denmark and Sweden product roadmap. In 2003, they moved to Vodafone, where they held the roles of Senior Manager and Product Line Manager. In 2007, they Co-founded Wireless Solutions and became the CEO & Founder of Golden Gekko. In 2008, they founded GeoMe, a unique, location-based messaging service. In 2011, they became Chairman of NComVA, a world leading provider of interactive data visualization for the web. In 2014, they joined DMI (Digital Management, LLC) as Advisor and Head of Innovation and President of DMI International. Finally, in 2016, they became Co-founder and Water R&D at TAPP Water S.L., a company that empowers people to easily get clean and healthy water from tap, with a minimum environmental impact.
Magn Jern attended Lund University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Magnus then attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a BsC in Computer Engineering.
