Chidi Nnadozie has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Chidi is currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Tappi since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of VP Partnerships at Ajua™, where they were responsible for setting up efficient processes and resources to drive commercial performance. Chidi also served as the Country Director for West Africa at Ajua™, where they successfully implemented business strategies and achieved operational and financial growth.

Chidi also contributed to the success of CCOutsourcing as an Executive Board Member, where they played a key role in building Africa's top B2B supply-chain outsourcing enterprise.

Before that, Chidi co-founded MindRay Technologies in 2015, a value-added services and new media provider. Chidi played a role in defining the company's vision and strategic direction.

Chidi's work experience also includes their role as an Engagement Director at Upstream, where they contributed from 2013 to 2018.

In 2008, Chidi started their career at MTN, initially serving as a Sales Operations Specialist and later taking on the role of BI Project Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in service delivery management and coordinating UATs and BRTs for BI Decision Support Systems projects.

Chidi Nnadozie's early career includes their time as a Regional Banking Executive at Intercontinental Bank PLC from 2004 to 2007.

Chidi Nnadozie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Manchester. Chidi also has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Geography & Regional Planning from the University of Benin. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Distribution and Logistics from the Association for Supply Chain Management, Information Technology Infrastructure Library - ITILv3 from PeopleCert, Net Promoter Score Certification from Owen CX Group Inc., and PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG International.
