Ingar Hagen

Ingar Hagen has extensive work experience, starting with their role as CEO, Owner, and Founder of Netxolutions since January 1997. Ingar then worked as a Business Developer at Select Invest Services SL from August 2000 to June 2005. From June 2005 to December 2007, they served as the CEO and Co-owner of WI Oil & Gas Inc. In January 2008, they joined Bellit as the Head of Client Relations, where they worked until June 2010. In November 2012, Ingar founded Tappin AS, where they held the role of CPO / Founder and worked closely with the development team, sales, and marketing departments. Ingar also served as a Board Member of Tappin AS from November 2012 to September 2021.

Ingar Hagen attended the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Grunnfag degree in Samfunnspolitikk (Social Policy). Additionally, they pursued studies in Political Science and Government at the same university, although the duration and completion of this program are unspecified. Ingar Hagen obtained a Certified Data Protection Officer certification from PECB in September 2022 and a Certified OKR Foundation certification from the OKR Institute in July 2022.
