Tor Østensen

Tor Østensen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tor served as a Board Member and Co-Founder at Tappin AS from October 2012 onwards. At Tappin AS, they also held the position of Managing Director from November 2012 to May 2020, and later became the Head of Business Development from May 2020 to January 2022.

Tor was the Executive Chairman at Borkenholm AS from October 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Oppsving AS as the Managing Partner from January 2004 onwards and later became a Partner until 2010.

Tor Østensen also served as a Board Member at Factlines AS from November 2009 to May 2019. Tor was the General Manager at HSE Global AS from January 2001 to March 2004.

Tor'searlier experience includes working as the Country Manager at Novell, where they had the total responsibility of driving and growing Novell's revenue in Norway from 1996 to 2000.

Tor Østensen attended Oslo and Akershus University College from 1982 to 1985, where they studied Computer Science and Cybernetics. In 1999, they briefly attended Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business to focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, although it is unclear if they completed a degree at that institution.
