Sandy Agarwal is the current CEO and Board Member at Tappp. Prior to this, they were the Director, Head Asia Pacific at Nokia from October 2007 to January 2012. In this role, Sandy managed the merger of Enpocket mobile advertising assets into Nokia, and then the Nokia advertising assets into Navteq.

Before their time at Nokia, Sandy was a Founding Partner and Managing Director at Enpocket from April 2001 to October 2007. Sandy founded Landmat, an early developer and distributor of mobile applications that merged with Enpocket and was sold to Nokia.

Sandy's career began at ESPN, where they worked from September 1998 to April 2001 as the AVP, Pacific Rim. In this role, they ran monetization in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand for content, channel distribution, and advertising.

From September 1994 to September 1998, Sandy worked at Discovery Communications as a Director. Sandy started on the monetisation team in New York before moving to Mumbai, India to help set up Discovery Channel in India.
