Frank Golding has worked in the media and technology industry for over 25 years. Frank began their career in 1993 as a Senior Associate for Technology and Entertainment at Richards & O'Neil. In 2003, they joined ESPN as the Vice President of Business Affairs, Digital and Technology and Assistant General Counsel. In 2011, they became the Director of Google, Head of Sport for North America, and was responsible for building relationships and arrangements with professional, college and high school sports in North America. In 2015, Golding founded Golding Media Ventures, LLC, a boutique advisory company for OTT services, and also became the Managing Director of TAPPTEK, a company that produces IoT devices to capture pour data from draft beer taps. In 2016, they became a Senior Advisor for Roker Media - Live Streaming Network, and in 2017 they became the Chief of Strategy and Revenue for Eleven Sports US. In 2021, they became the Chief of Strategy and Innovation for FTF Sports. Golding also founded and was the CEO of Run or Pass, Inc., a platform that owns choice and has an interactive mobile game.

Frank Golding obtained their Bachelor of Arts in American Government from the University of Virginia in 1988. Frank then went on to the University of Virginia School of Law where they received their Juris Doctor in 1993. After this, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management where they earned their Master of Business Administration in 2013. Additionally, they hold a SCRUM Master certification.
