Alexandru-Claudiu Antonică has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Alexandru-Claudiu started their career as a Web Programmer at Dow Media in 2014, where they worked for a year. In 2015, they worked as a Frontend Developer for Elance on a freelance basis. Later that year, they joined Digitalya OPS as an intern and gradually became responsible for the Frontend side of their web and mobile app projects.

In 2016, Antonică worked as a Frontend Developer at Land of Web, where they were involved in planning, organizing, and developing projects for various clients. Alexandru-Claudiu used technologies such as HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, Laravel, and MySQL. Alexandru-Claudiu also worked with AngularJS, Wordpress, Bitbucket, GIT, and Jenkins when required. Their role encompassed managing resources, meeting deadlines, staying within budgets, and maintaining high-quality work.

In 2017, Antonică joined Tappter as the Lead Frontend Developer. Alexandru-Claudiu played a crucial role in the flawless development of mobile and web platforms where individuals and businesses can connect. Their responsibilities included ensuring a smooth development flow for all features.

In 2018, Antonică founded Venture Cup Romania and served as the Founder & IT Manager until 2019. During this time, they managed the organization and its IT operations.

In 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer at GrassHoppr. Their main focus was developing advanced software to support delivery companies in transitioning to sustainable and cost-effective electric vehicles. Alexandru-Claudiu utilized a unique combination of technologies to analyze operational patterns and predict the most suitable fleet for clients.
