Liza West

Liza West, CPA, currently serves as the Finance Manager at Taproot Community Support Services since July 2023. Previously, Liza held various positions at Deloitte Canada from September 2013 to July 2023, including Manager, Audit and Assurance, Assistant Manager, Senior Accountant, and Staff Accountant in Audit and Assurance. Prior to Deloitte, Liza worked at Epicor Software Corp from June 2005 to September 2013 as a Product Support and Implementation Specialist, providing client support and training. Liza's early career includes roles as a Clerk at Product Distribution Centre and as a Receptionist at Silk Systems Inc. Liza's academic credentials include a CPA designation obtained from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, along with degrees in Accounting from The University of British Columbia and Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Music from The University of British Columbia.
