Rafia Moreno

Rafia Moreno is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, event hosting, and retail operations. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Taproot Community Support Services since January 2019, Rafia oversees specialized outreach and adult justice services for individuals with developmental disabilities while managing program development and financial oversight within a CARF-accredited agency. Rafia also works as an Event Host for both BC Place and Canucks Sports & Entertainment, demonstrating strong skills in event coordination, customer service, and conflict de-escalation.
