David Gonzales

David Gonzales is an experienced executive in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as President and COO at Bison Oil & Gas IV, LLC and Bison Operating, LLC since late 2022 and mid-2022, respectively. Gonzales is also the Founder of STOMP Athletics and a Board Member at Taproot Energy Partners, and has co-founded Drillnomics, a software tool for oil and gas economic evaluation, along with founding WIASOM Energy in 2011. Prior roles include President and COO at Bison Oil & Gas III, LLC and Bison Oil & Gas II, and a member of the Board of Regents at New Mexico Tech, appointed by Governor Susana Martinez. Gonzales holds a B.S. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
