Jeremy Desilets

Jeremy Desilets, CRSP, BEd, serves as the Director of Operations at Clearline Safety Inc. since January 2016, overseeing a Safety Management System that optimizes training and competency assessment for organizations. In addition, Jeremy is a Director and Certified TapRoot Instructor at TapRooT® | System Improvements, Inc. since June 2017, with over seven years of experience in root cause analysis training and investigation. Previous roles include Organizational Learning Team Lead at ConocoPhillips, Senior Safety Advisor at Husky Energy, and Safety Coordinator at Encana, where Jeremy applied High Reliability Organization principles and enhanced safety management processes. Jeremy began career as a Rig Hand at Precision Drilling and holds multiple degrees from the University of Victoria and Camosun College, including a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.
