Shanely Marmolejos

Shanely Marmolejos, LMSW, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Renacer Support Services, providing doula, lactation counseling, preconception counseling, and health coaching services since August 2023. As a Bilingual Therapist at Taproot Therapy, LCSW, PLLC, since January 2023, Shanely conducts evidence-based therapeutic sessions and develops goal-oriented treatment plans. Prior experience includes a role as a School Social Worker at KIPP NYC, where Shanely provided counseling and crisis intervention to students and managed educational support services. As the Founding School Social Worker at Valence College Prep, responsibilities included managing IEP cases, implementing social-emotional health curricula, and collaborating with external agencies. Prior roles at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation included managing student caseloads as an MSW intern and overseeing the SYEP School Base Program. Shanely holds a Master's degree in Social Work from York College of the City University of New York and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration/Management from Southern Vermont College.
