Vinnie Lawrence

Vinnie Lawrence is an experienced general manager with a robust background in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently overseeing operations at TAPS Fish House & Brewery since November 2019. With previous roles including service manager at The Catch Anaheim and manager at RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen, Vinnie has developed expertise in front-of-house operations, staff management, customer service, and operational efficiency. Vinnie's earlier positions also include general management at Maxwell's East Coast Eatery and Vinto Pizzeria, as well as significant contributions to Franck's / Tuscany and Goldminer's Daughter Lodge, focusing on creating effective operational systems and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Vinnie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Brigham Young University and has a solid foundation in marketing and human resources from prior management roles.
