Niloofar Fatehi

Niloofar Fatehi has worked in various roles in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Niloofar is currently employed at TAPSI as a Talent Acquisition Lead, having started in July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at TAPSI from October 2022. Niloofar joined TAPSI in July 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and worked until October 2022. Before joining TAPSI, Niloofar worked as a Human Resources Specialist at GBG from November 2019 to June 2021. Niloofar also gained experience as a Human Resources Trainee at Takhfifan in January 2019.

Niloofar Fatehi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Science and Culture, which they obtained between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Mechanics and Equipment/Machine Technology at the University of Tehran from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they have obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from Rahnema College in 2021.
