Fatimatou Ousmanou has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Fatimatou co-founded Taptap Send in Cameroon in 2020 and served as the Growth Manager. At Bond'innov from 2018 to 2021, they were responsible for partnerships, communication, and networks. Fatimatou managed press and public relations, digital communication, and organized entrepreneurship-related events. Fatimatou also provided support and resources for Bond'Innov's expert team. Prior to that, they worked at Orange as a project manager for social innovation in Africa and coordinated the Orange Social Entrepreneur Prize. Fatimatou was also a project coordinator at the Institut Choiseul, a think tank focusing on international strategic analysis and economic governance. Additionally, Fatimatou held positions as a development officer at Cofil and as a project coordinator at the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
Fatimatou Ousmanou completed their education history chronologically, starting with their Bachelor's degree. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Lycée La-Folie-Saint-James de Neuilly-sur-seine, where they obtained their Baccalauréat in the field of Literature. Fatimatou then pursued their studies at Université Paris Nanterre from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. Their educational journey continued from 2015 to 2017 at Ecole 3A - L'école internationale du management responsable, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Project Management. Their field of study during this program was focused on International Relations, Entrepreneurship, and Social Innovation.
