Norbert was responsible for managing different aspects of the startup and wearing multiple hats.

Before joining ThinkSono, Norbert worked at LoopUp as a Principal Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Norbert was part of an AGILE team that built a distributed Screenshare system and upgraded other systems within the company. Norbert utilized various technologies such as React, .NET, Vue, and NodeJS throughout the project.

Norbert's experience also includes being a Product Owner at The EDGE Programme, where they led a team in developing medical apps and rebuilding a website for doctoral appraisal management. Norbert has also co-founded a company called MyRise Ltd., where they gained experience in setting up a business, project management, and negotiation skills.

Earlier in their career, Norbert worked as an Android/PHP Developer at the University of Southampton, contributing to the Dejaview project. Norbert was responsible for maintaining and developing an Android application and PHP backend, which involved transmitting photos and implementing face recognition.

Starting their career as an Android Developer at ITSTANDART, Norbert led a small team in releasing a major app called FootyLiveScores, which provided real-time football data using a custom backend server.
