Nguyen Thuy Dung

Nguyen Thuy Dung has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. From January to August 2013, they worked as a Logistics Executive at INTER-LOGISTICS JSC, where they were responsible for setting up export-import records, contacting customers for price agreements, and preparing monthly and quarterly summaries. After that, from September 2013 to November 2019, they served as a Senior Account Manager at Công ty cổ phần thanh toán điện tử VNPT, where they operated the service operation team of bank cards, established and maintained the payment system via the bank card channel, managed the risk system, and built solutions for services. Starting in November 2019 until February 2021, Nguyen Thuy Dung worked as a Senior Business Development Executive at ZaloPay, focusing on analyzing the market and competitors to propose new products and campaigns, as well as building solutions for risky services payment and expanding the visibility of ZaloPay through collaborations with other payment facilitators. From February 2021 to September 2022, they worked as a Senior Account Management Specialist at ZaloPay, where they developed and executed the business plan to acquire targeted merchants and new users from the payment sector, analyzed and evaluated the market and competitors to propose new products and business models, collaborated with the Product and Marketing team to optimize business performance and user experience, and ensured quality and problem-solving for merchants. Currently, Nguyen Thuy Dung is working as a Manager of Account Management at TAPTAP Vietnam since October 2022.

Nguyen Thuy Dung obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Economics and Law. Nguyen attended the university from 2009 to 2013.
