Kamil Cayirli

Kamil Cayirli is the current Head of Research and Development at Tapu.com. Prior to this, Kamil worked as the Head of R&D and PMO at Zingat.com from November 2017 to April 2021. In this role, Kamil was responsible for following technology and customer expectations, developing R&D projects, and carrying out tests in accordance with standards. Kamil also ensured the coordination and development of the R&D team in the parts of the project development, created a R&D and innovation culture, and planned R&D and quality activities. Additionally, Kamil led TUBITAK / TEYDEB (1501-1509) projects and EU R & D studies under the HORIZON 2020 program.

From September 2016 to October 2017, Kamil served as the R&D and PMO Manager at TAM FAKTORING A.Ş. In this role, Kamil was responsible for managing and leading ISMS processes within the company, as well as personal data protection law processes. Additionally, Kamil coached agile project management.

Prior to TAM FAKTORING A.Ş., Kamil worked as an ERP Product Manager at Metglobal from July 2015 to August 2016. In this role, Kamil was responsible for product management of an ERP software product.

Kamil began their career as a Project Manager at Hedef Filo from January 2014

Their manager is Emre Erşahin, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Erim Ertürk - Software Architect, CTO, Kerim Özer - VP, Sales Operations, and Zafer Sever - VP, Product & Marketing.
