Adriana Neves

Adriana Neves is an accomplished professional in employee engagement and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Employee Engagement and Analytics at TAQA Group since July 2020. In this role, Adriana leads initiatives for over 7,000 employees, overseeing annual surveys, communication strategies, and action planning. Previously, Adriana contributed to employee engagement for 5,000 employees at TAQA as an Analyst, and held roles at Abu Dhabi Power Corporation managing recruitment and onboarding, and at the Special Olympics World Games 2019 managing a large volunteer workforce. Earlier experience includes positions at Bosch and Volkswagen Autoeuropa, with a Master's degree from Faculdade de Psicologia da Universidade de Lisboa in Human Resources, Work, and Organizational Psychology.
