Ashley Adams - Beng

Ashley Adams, a BEng graduate from The Open University, has over two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Production Supervisor and Deputy OIM at TAQA Group since September 2012, Ashley leads both onshore and offshore teams to optimize project outcomes while maintaining compliance and safety standards. Previous roles include Operations Team Leader at Phillips 66, where oversight of refinery operations occurred, and Control Room Process Technician at ConocoPhillips, where proficiency in Honeywell TDC 3000 was demonstrated across various process units. Additionally, Ashley has expertise in training personnel and managing maintenance operations. Early education was completed at Caistor Grammar School, achieving a total of nine GCSEs.
