Charles Fuller currently serves as General Counsel M&A at TAQA Group, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Charles was a Partner at Hogan Lovells from January 2016 to April 2023, and held the same title at Latham & Watkins from January 2003 to December 2015, as well as at Simmons & Simmons from January 1999 to December 2002. Charles received a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Birmingham, studying from 1985 to 1988, and completed legal studies at Guildford Law School between 1989 and 1991.
