Felicia Opoku-Folitse, Chartered FCIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Felicia Opoku-Folitse, started their career at Tesco in 2005 as a Customer Service Manager. Felicia Opoku-Folitse, then moved on to Aegon as an HR Advisor in 2007. In 2008, they worked at ASA RECRUITMENT as a Resourcer. Felicia Opoku-Folitse, gained further experience as a Human Resources Manager and Lecturer at All Nations University College from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Felicia served as the Human Resources Manager at CFAO. Felicia Opoku-Folitse, then joined Rigworld Group as the Head of Human Resources from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resource and Administration in Ghana at TAQA GLOBAL.

Moreover, in January 2023, Felicia achieved the Chartered Fellow designation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
