Chartered Fcipd Felicia Opoku-Folitse

Felicia Opoku-Folitse, Chartered FCIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Felicia Opoku-Folitse, started their career at Tesco in 2005 as a Customer Service Manager. Felicia Opoku-Folitse, then moved on to Aegon as an HR Advisor in 2007. In 2008, they worked at ASA RECRUITMENT as a Resourcer. Felicia Opoku-Folitse, gained further experience as a Human Resources Manager and Lecturer at All Nations University College from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Felicia served as the Human Resources Manager at CFAO. Felicia Opoku-Folitse, then joined Rigworld Group as the Head of Human Resources from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resource and Administration in Ghana at TAQA GLOBAL.

Felicia Opoku-Folitse, Chartered FCIPD, has a comprehensive education history. Felicia Opoku-Folitse, completed their Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, with a focus on English, Sociology, History, and Theatre Arts, at the University of Ghana from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Open) degree at The Open University from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Felicia enrolled at the University of Wales, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management in 2010. Concurrently, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Law at the University of Central Lancashire.

Recently, from 2022 to 2023, Felicia has been attending the University of East London, where they are pursuing an MSc in Business Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

In addition to their education, Felicia has obtained several certifications that have enhanced their professional qualifications. In 2014, they completed the HAY GROUP GUIDE CHART JOB EVALUATION certification at Korn Ferry Hay Group. In 2018, they obtained the LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND SUCCESSION STRATEGIST certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Moreover, in January 2023, Felicia achieved the Chartered Fellow designation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
