Muhammad Liaqat Ali, FCCA CFA, is currently serving as the Vice President & Head of Generation Business Finance at TAQA GLOBAL since April 2019. With a background in finance and accounting, Ali has held various leadership roles in companies such as Saudi Electricity Company, Private Power & Infrastructure Board, and Saudi Pak Industrial & Agricultural Investment Co. Ltd. Muhammad Liaqat also has a strong educational background, holding a CFA Program Charter, a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting and Management, and being a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant. Currently, Muhammad Liaqat is also a Member of the Audit & Risk Committee at TAQA Morocco and a Member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee at Taweelah Desalination Company and Fujairah Power Company.
