Mayank Sarda

Mayank Sarda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Director of M&A at TAQA Group since January 2020, Mayank focuses on corporate M&As, business development, and divestments while also supporting corporate strategy in capital deployment planning. Prior to this role, Mayank held positions as Senior Manager and Associate Manager in Strategy & Transactions at EY from January 2010 to December 2019. Initial career experience includes an Analyst role at Accretive Health and an internship at Power Management Institute, NTPC Ltd. Mayank holds an Executive Management Program degree from London Business School (2022-2023), an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School (2007-2009), and a B.Com in Finance from Shri Jain P.G.
