Saleh Harharah's work experience begins with their role as the Vice President of Strategic Projects at TAQA Group, starting in 2022. In this position, they are responsible for driving strategic programs and projects across Utilities Transmission & Distribution companies under TAQA. Saleh is also leading the strategic refresh of the Transmission & Distribution Division within TAQA, focusing on meeting current and future opportunities and delivering shareholder value. Prior to their role at TAQA Group, Saleh Harharah served as the Vice President of Shared Services at ADNOC Distribution from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of Head of Support Services at GAL from 2009 to 2019. In this role, they established and led the Supply Chain Management Division, which was responsible for aviation parts and supplies, customer order management, procurement, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and after-sale life-cycle support for diverse military aircraft fleets. Saleh'swork also involved designing and implementing scalable automated supply chain management processes and systems that enhanced performance. During their tenure, the division experienced significant growth in revenue.
Saleh Harharah's earlier work experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from 2005 to 2008. In this position, they managed diverse consulting projects, transformations, digitization efforts, internal/operational audits, and contract compliance reviews. Saleh worked with various Fortune 500™ clients from sectors such as Energy, IT, Retail, Telecommunication, and Manufacturing.
Saleh Harharah has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. Saleh also holds two Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees from the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business. One of their BS degrees is in Accounting, while the other is in Systems Design & Quantitative Analysis.
