Sean Miller has extensive work experience as a geoscientist and geologist. Sean started their career in 2002 as a Summer Geologist at BP. Sean then worked as an Earth Scientist and Geologist at BP from 2005 to 2010, focusing on tight gas development and appraising CBM prospects across Western Canada. In 2010, they joined TAQA Group as a Geologist, where they conducted multidisciplinary integration and geological modeling projects. Sean later became a Senior Geologist, responsible for structural interpretation, geological modeling, well planning, geosteering, and various other tasks related to reservoir analysis. Since 2022, Sean has been working as the Chief Geoscientist at TAQA Group.
Sean Miller completed their Bachelor of Science in Geology at the University of Alberta from 2000 to 2003. Sean then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Geology from the same institution between 2003 and 2005.
