Cynthia (Cindy) Alspaw has extensive experience in accounting and management, currently serving as the Accounting Manager and Office Manager at Tar Heel Basement Systems since January 2018. Additionally, Cindy has been the Owner of Alspaw Properties since 1999, managing rental homes and engaging in property flipping. Prior roles include Independent Accounting for John Alspaw - Remax - Real Estate Sales, Accounts Payable at Providence Place, and Rental Property Management at Penta Development where significant accounting responsibilities were handled using QuickBooks. Other notable positions include Accountant and Office Manager at Amos Brown Enterprises and Salem Glen Development Company. Cindy has also contributed to the community through a leadership role in the PTA at High Point Central High School.
