Nathan Aycock

Nathan Aycock has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nathan is currently working as an Operations Director at Red Cell Partners, an incubation firm focused on developing and investing in technology-led companies. Nathan is responsible for building and investing in scalable healthcare and national security companies. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Services Director at CrossLead, where they played a key role in empowering organizations to thrive in complex environments through their enterprise leadership solution. Nathan also has experience working at McChrystal Group, where they served as a Client Services Project Manager, Executive Assistant to General (ret.) Stanley McChrystal, and Analyst in Leadership Development. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating leadership off-sites, managing projects and client consulting, and supporting education initiatives. Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Nathan worked as a Business Analyst at Stasmayer, Incorporated.

Nathan Aycock obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business from the College of Charleston, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their education, Nathan has earned certifications in CrossLead Multi-Team Leadership and CrossLead Team Leadership from CrossLead. Nathan obtained these certifications in November 2020 and June 2020, respectively.
