Jake Bullard

Jake Bullard has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they were the Director of IT and Salesforce Development at Taradel LLC and the Salesforce Administrator at Recovery Centers of America. From 2015-2021, they were the Operations Specialist and Salesforce Admin at Taradel LLC, where they implemented a system for managing Quality Assurance/Customer Issues, created custom objects and fields based on business needs, used Validation Rules extensively to ensure data was accurately recorded, created robust reporting for senior leadership, implemented Dell Boomi to integrate legacy XML and SQL data with Salesforce, implemented Dell Boomi to integrate Salesforce with Netsuite, created a system for the Development Team to manage tickets through Salesforce, converted the Sales Team from an “Opportunity first” sales path to a “Lead first” path, worked with Sales Team to implement the predictive dialer Playbooks by Xant (formerly Inside Sales), handled multiple Sales Team restructures, successfully transitioned the entire organization from a Classic to Lightning UI, administered Shortel Sky (VOIP), administered Windows Server Active Directory, administered the Cisco ASA Firewall and VPN, administered Google Apps, coordinated with vendors to create and process documentation, setup new workstations and troubleshot issues with existing workstations. Jake was also a Prep and Back-up Cook at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store from 2013-2015, where they were tasked with salad making, "long cooking", bread making, food preparation and desert operations.

Jake Bullard attended Chesterfield Technical Center- Cisco Networking Academy from 2010 to 2012, where they studied A+/Routing and Switching. Additionally, Jake holds a Certified Salesforce Administrator certification from Salesforce, obtained in December 2018.
