Basia Biddle

Basia (Barbara) Biddle has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Basia (Barbara) worked at Tarallucci e Vino as the Director of Private Events and as a Restaurant Manager. Prior to that, they were a Rooms Operations Manager at The Brooklyn Bridge Marriott for a year. Basia also worked at Gordon Ramsay at the London NYC, where they served as an F&B Manager and a Service Captain. In these roles, they supervised and coordinated employees, maintained payroll expenses, scheduled employees, provided high-level service to guests, and ensured the setup of the restaurant's dining room.

From 1999 to 2002, Basia (Barbara) Biddle attended GWSH Katowice School of Economics and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
