Dean Manson

Dean Manson has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at EchoStar since November 2011, and is responsible for all legal and government affairs of EchoStar and its subsidiaries. Mr. Manson also serves as Executive Vice President – General Counsel and Secretary of Hughes, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EchoStar. Mr. Manson joined Hughes in 2000 from the law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he focused on international project finance and corporate transactions and was appointed General Counsel of Hughes in 2004. Mr. Manson received a B.S. in engineering from Princeton University and a Juris Doctorate from Columbia University School of Law.
