Terry Griffin

Terry joined the Tarana team in November 2018 and serves as the Vice President of Finance, CFO, and Secretary. Terry oversees the company’s financial operations. He brings over 25 years of senior financial management experience in semiconductor and emerging growth technology companies with both private equity/venture-backed companies as well as NASDAQ listed companies. Prior to joining Tarana, Terry served as CFO of JSI where he lead the company to a successful acquisition by Omni. He has also served as CFO of Magnum Semiconductor (acquired by GigPeak/IDT), Applied Imaging (acquired by Genetix/Leica), and Insync Systems (acquired by US Filter/Vivendi). Terry has provided leadership for growth-focused technology companies and has completed a number of successful funding and M&A transactions. Terry holds a BS in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the AICPA.
