Bridget Sullivan

Bridget’s previous roles include working as a manager and senior analyst at the New Zealand Treasury. She also worked as a Treasury secondee to Parliament as economic adviser to the Hon Annette King, the then Minister of Health. She has also worked at Te Puni Kōkiri and as a consultant to the Ministry of Social Development where she managed cross-social sector funding allocation and budget processes.

Bridget now works across the Taranaki region with a wide range of groups to identify and develop projects that support regional economic development. She graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Post Graduate Diploma (with Distinction) in Philosophy. Born and raised in Taranaki she has family spread around the maunga. Bridget lives in New Plymouth with her partner Chris and two school age children. She volunteers for a conservation trust and is a keen supporter of the arts.
