Cassandra Kelly

Cassandra Kelly is an experienced professional in cyber security and business strategy, currently serving as Partner and Corporate Advisor at Taranet since July 2007, and as President and CEO. In addition, Cassandra has held the position of President and Chairman of the Board at Taranet Inc. since May 2013, focusing on business strategy and development. Prior roles include Navy Certification Authority Representative at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command from May 2005 to July 2007, where Cassandra acted as a technical liaison for Navy certification, and Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2003 to May 2005, specializing in security for Navy IT systems. Cassandra holds a BA in International Affairs with a focus on German from California State University, Chico, completed in 1992.
