Mike Nilsen

Mike Nilsen, CPM®, Vice President of Commercial Property Management, is responsible for the supervision and property management of commercial, retail, industrial, and office buildings totaling over 2 million square feet in the Houston and Dallas/Ft Worth markets. He has been with Tarantino Properties since 2006. Mike’s high energy, attention to detail, and passion for client service have contributed to his management success. Some of his accomplishments while at Tarantino have been managing a multi-million dollar remodel in the Greenspoint area, a major rehab of a parking garage, and the build-out of approximately 106,266 square feet of office-warehouse space during a leasing campaign that brought a larger property from approximately 65% occupancy to 95% occupancy. Mike graduated from Baylor University and holds an active Texas Real Estate Salesperson’s license.
