Elie Spitz has served as the Rabbi of Congregation B’nai Israel since 1988, after graduating from the Jewish Theological Seminary. Previously, he worked as a lawyer in Boston, completing his JD at Boston University in 1978. Elie’s hobbies are reading, writing, meditation, and a good workout. He is the author of three books and many articles that are primarily dealing with Jewish Law, Ethics, and Spirituality. Elie spent one year teaching a course at TVT on “Torah and its commentaries" to High School juniors.
