Katie Maloney

Katie Maloney is an experienced strategic HR leader currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR Operations Excellence at Targa Resources since May 2023, focusing on operational excellence through process optimization and technology-driven solutions. Previously, Katie held the role of Manager of HR Business Partner & Labor Relations at TC Energy from April 2018 to May 2023 and advanced through various HR positions at Memorial Hermann Health System from May 2013 to April 2018, where key initiatives included diversity and inclusion and succession planning. Additional experience includes HR roles at Ochsner Clinic Foundation and EDG Consulting. Katie holds a Master of Science in Health Care Management from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Louisiana State University.
