Sara Hale

Sara Hale is an experienced professional in real estate and facilities management, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate and Workplace Management at Targa Resources since September 2023. Previously, Sara held significant roles at Dorilton from November 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included both Director and Manager positions focused on global real estate portfolio management and facility operations. Prior to that, Sara was a Senior Manager at Direct Energy overseeing North American real estate and facilities management, and held multiple positions at Quanta Services, Inc., including Facilities Manager and Senior Real Estate Portfolio Associate. Earlier career roles included senior asset management at Centerline Real Estate and asset management at PRI. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washington State University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
