Joseph Strahl

Joe Strahl has a strong background in mechanical engineering and business processes. Joe started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Moen Incorporated in 2014. From there, they joined Lincoln Electric as a Technical Sales Engineer in 2016. In 2019, Joe moved to Custom Air Handling Solutions, where they worked as an Application Engineer for several months. In the same year, Joe joined TARGAN Inc., initially as a Mechanical Engineer II before being promoted to Mechanical Engineer III. Currently, they hold the position of Business Process Lead at TARGAN Inc.

Joe Strahl completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Akron from 2011 to 2016. From 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. In June 2021, they also obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Finance from Coursera.
